The following guidelines are recommended when submitting abstracts for the AI workshop by email to the workshop planning committee.

Abstracts

For titles:

• Use boldface

For author lists and affiliations:

• List authors and co-authors
• Separate authors by commas
• Boldface the name of the presenter

For body text:

• Font: Times New Roman (or similar if unavailable)
• 1.0 line spacing
• 12 point type size

Poster Size Requirements

• Posters will be placed on shared easels
• Poster size not to exceed 3 feet wide by 4 feet high (0.91m × 1.22m)
