• Hotel Rooms: EDRN has a block of sleeping rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC North/Gaithersburg hotel. The rate for all attendees is $199/night plus taxes. The deadline to book your room is Tuesday, August 29, 2023 or until the room block is full

• Poster Abstracts: The poster session is on Wednesday, September 27th, starting with lightning presentations at 5:10 p.m. EDRN Principal Investigators must present a poster at this event. Other attendees are strongly encouraged to present a poster. Please submit your poster abstract to edrndmcc@compass.fhcrc.org by Monday, August 21, 2023. Formatting specifications for poster abstracts and poster board dimensions are available.
