Development of Biomathematical Algorithms for Assessments of Biomarkers for Early Cancer Detection

As a biomathematician, I am interested in the development and implimentation of biomathematical algorithms which can perform a powerful analysis of high-throughoutput data for identification of genomic and proteomic alterations involved in progression of human neoplasia from preneoplastic conditions to invasive disease. I closely cooperate in the development of data storage and interactive analysis for sequence-based map of bladder cancer progression as well as in the clinical assessment of biomarkers for early bladder cancer detection.
