Develop the EDRN Statistical Working Group responsibilities


 


Discuss Clinical Utility Trial review criteria (CUT document here)
NCI suggested SCM responsibilities:
Review applications for validation studies for statistical rigor and send recommendations to the Executive Committee.


Responsible for providing statistical support to validation studies and Clinical Utility Trials.


Work with the initiator on study design, protocol development,


 


Develop policy for blinding and unblinding of Reference Set samples


Develop White Paper(s) on diagnostic performance thresholds for each organ site and for multicancer detection tests.


Engage scientific and medical communities on performance characteristics of early detection tests needed to meet USPTFS guidelines
