To evaluate a Urine Exosome Gene Expression Panel that Distinguishes between Indolent and Aggressive Prostate Cancers at Biopsy, including African American patients

Aims: 1. To present the development and optimization of a noninvasive, first catch, nonDRE urine based sensitive gene expression assay 2. To define a CaP gene panel that can discriminate GS 7-10 from GS 6 (3D3) and benign disease before biopsy; IRB #WU IRB No. 11-7487
