We propose to develop a BDL to discover immune-based biomarkers for the detection of breast cancers, based on fundamental tumor-specific changes in protein glycosylation.

Aim 1. Development a multiplexed platform to produce O-glycosylated proteins Aim 2. Proteome scale glycoprotein array development and production Aim 3. Identification of anti-glycoprotein antibody (TAAb-AGP) biomarkers in breast cancer
