Poster Session Information

Poster Session Logistical information:

The Poster Session will be from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27th. The posters will be displayed in the Discovery Foyer and in the Discovery Ballroom.
Poster boards will be available for hanging posters the morning of Wednesday, September 27th.
Posters must be taken down by 12 p.m. on Thursday, September 28th.
At the Workshop registration desk, there will be 2 poster lists: one by Presenter, and one by Poster #.

POSTER BOARD DIMENSIONS: The dimensions of the poster boards are 8 feet wide and 4 feet high:

Page Margins: Left: 1.2”, Right: .9”, Top: .5”, Bottom: .5”
NOTE: The paragraphs for the body of the abstract needs to be in justified format. Please limit you abstract to 1 page.
Paragraph: Left for Title and Authors
Font: Calibri, 12 point
Identification of Presenting Author: Italicize the name of the presenting author with designation of degree(s) and institution.
On Top Left-hand side type "Abstract #"
On Top Right-hand side type "Poster #"
Indicate in the center of the page if abstract is part of EDRN Early Investigators' Group
