Aims

Analytic Method

We propose to use our existing arrays for biomarker evaluation but to focus the evaluation on 9 candidates: KLK5,CRHBP, TFRC, ITGB4, RASGRF2, MUC5AC, FOLR3, YWHAB, CNOT7. These include the 8 marker panel described above that achieved 35% sensitivity at 5% specificity and the one additional marker from our A list that validated in our independent preclinical OS-WHI samples, CRHBP. The primary data analysis will focus on the combination of these 9 markers derived by logistic regression from the OS-WHI samples.
