Statistical methods for selecting and evaluating biomarkers for classification, risk prediction, and treatment selection

I have interest and expertise specifically in: semiparametric methods for evaluating performance of biomarkers in various sampling designs; optimization of biomarker sampling schemes to improve efficiency in biomarker evaluation; robust methods for variable selection and derivation of biomarker combinations to optimize classification performance or treatment-selection benefit; covariate-adjustment and meta-analysis in biomarker evaluation.
