Description…

Osteopontin (OPN), a secreted, integrin-binding matrix phosphorylated glycoprotein is involved in bone remodeling by osteoclasts and is overexpressed in many advanced cancers. Osteopontin (OPN) has been identified as one of the leading genes that promotes the metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
