Description…

FGFR4, a single-pass membrane protein, acts as a receptor for acidic fibroblast growth factor. It binds FGF19, and does not bind to basic fibroblast growth factor. FGFR4 is expressed in gastrointestinal epithelial cells, pancreas, and gastric and pancreatic cancer cell lines.
