Biomarkers

Cancer biomarkers currently being evaluated by the EDRN.

The EDRN is involved in researching hundreds of biomarkers. The following is a partial list of biomarkers and associated results that are currently available for access and viewing. The bioinformatics team at EDRN is currently working with EDRN collaborative groups to capture, curate, review, and post the results as it is available. EDRN also provides secure access to additional biomarker information not available to the public that is currently under review by EDRN research groups. Announcement

NASA has selected the EDRN Informatics Team to receive a Group Achievement Award. The award will be given to the teams at NCI, DMCC, Dartmouth and JPL. These are NASA-wide awards and selected by an awards committee appointed by NASA Headquarters. The citation is as follows: For the innovative and pioneering use of NASA data system technologies to construct a national bioinformatics network of cancer biomarker research.
